Kaitlin brings a very unique skillset to Corbella as a Certified Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner which she earned in March of  2019. To become a TBRI Practitioner, Kaitlin completed an in-depth online training as well and attended an in-person week-long training in Fort Worth, TX.  There are under 50 therapists in the state of Texas and only 5 in the Dallas area with this designation.  We feel blessed to have her providing this attachment-based approach to children, teens, adults, and families.

Her passion is working with trauma-related concerns stemming from early childhood attachment disruptions.  Her main focus is on adoptive families, foster families, and families who experienced the loss of a significant caregiver.  Her knowledge and expertise has helped not only our clients but our staff members as well.  She was chosen to present a 3-hour training to the Corbella organization on their annual retreat in 2019.
