Does your kid have a case of the back-to-school blues? OR are they excited and can't wait? Join our back to school mindset camp to help foster positive feelings towards school and equip them with positive tools to pull from when a negative mindset takes over.

What to expect:
Back to School Mindset Camp
Lead by Rosalynn Petrusas, M.Ed.,
A few topics this camp will cover include:
- Promoting a Growth Mindset
- Self-Regulation Strategies in dealing with anxiety and perfectionistic tendencies
- Build emotional vocabulary
- Learning to views mistakes as opportunities to grow and learn
- Knowing when to ask for help
- Mindfulness
When: August 7-9th
Time: 9:00 am -12:00 pm
Grades: any child going into 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade
Price: $250
Various forms of creative expression will be incorporated including art, drama, game play and team building.
