EXPERIENCE

Kate graduated from Ursuline Academy of Dallas in 2019 before pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Social Welfare and Justice from Marquette University in which she graduated in 2023. Upon graduation, Kate decided to remain in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for her graduate studies - graduating in 2025 from Marquette University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Child and Adolescent Counseling.

Kate works with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate through life’s highs and lows. Kate works mainly through a narrative lens, allowing and empowering her clients to take control of their own story and the way in which it is told. She enjoys adding elements of attachment-based therapy, play therapy, and internal family systems in her sessions as well. Kate is grounded in the belief that we are all experiencing life for the first time - in a world where grace can feel hard to come by, Kate guides her clients to give grace to themselves. Drawing heavily from her own lived experience in therapy, Kate approaches the therapeutic relationship with an emphasis on the power of a simple, authentic, and vulnerable human connection.
